Q: How long has National Everclean Services been in the food safety industry?
A: National Everclean has been performing food safety training and inspections for nearly a decade. With a staff of over 100, Everclean conducts thousands of food safety inspections every month.

Q: Why does my restaurant need a 3rd party to audit food safety?
A: Managers are busy with operational challenges. Food cost, labor costs, high employee turnover. Managers need professional, 3rd party consultation to make sure the food is safe and the employees are trained.

Q: Do I need more than the Health Department to have a successful food safety program?
A: Yes. Health Departments are a fine source of information. Unfortunately they often do not have time to train and consult a restaurant. Everclean bridges the gap between the Health Department and restaurants to make sure food is safe and laws are understood.

Q: Does Everclean provide food safety services besides 3rd party inspections?
A: Yes. Everclean provides HACCP consultation, manager certification training, basic food training, structural inspection, vender audits, microbiological testing, foodborne illness investigations, complaint resolution, and assistance with all your food safety and sanitation needs through or toll-free number (877) 532-5326.

Q: Does Everclean provide pest or chemical services?
A: Absolutely not. Everclean acts as a conduit between our client and the Health Department, chemical company, and pest service providers. Blatant conflict of interest would not serve our clients best interest.

Q: How responsive is Everclean Services to my restaurant's needs?
A: Very responsive. Everclean has over 100 trainers and auditors throughout the country. We are where you are. Also, our auditors are knowledgeable in the local codes to make your job easier.

Q: Does Everclean provide manager certification training?
A: Yes. Everclean conducts Serv-safe, Experior, and National Registry training for our clients.

Q: What reporting capabilities does Everclean provide?
A: Everclean report options include: repeat violation trends, exception reporting, top and bottom performers, score analysis, and more. The reporting options are all available online with in Everclean secure website.

Q: What qualifications do Everclean trainers have?
A: Everclean's field representatives include Registered Sanitarians, Registered Environmental Health Specialists, and PhD's. Our trainers and auditors are past and present Health Inspectors dedicated to food safety in a non-regulatory, operations friendly fashion.

Q: Does Everclean guarantee its services?
A: In the event that any location, upon completion of one calendar quarter of service provided by NES and upon completion of all NES's recommendations to comply, does not improve or maintain an "A" score, as defined by the Department of Health, NES will provide service for the audit done by Everclean within the same months time as when the Department of Health inspected, for free.
