Retail managers and staff will become better if they conduct self audits in advance of inspections or a crisis. Self inspections are sometimes required under food codes, for the sale of organics, and by some HACCP or time control plans. For a nominal fee, we permit team leaders who conduct self audits to upload and maintain the information into our Everclean database. These self-audits are now reportable (high-level or detailed) and can be implemented using paper or a PDA (demonstration).
